2. You need to put money into the online account BEFORE you can book an appointment. Please check the online calendar before putting any money onto your account.

3.You can book between 2 hours and 5 weeks in advance. You may only cancel or swap your appointment a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours you have only three times you can cancel your appointment due to any circumstance, after three times you will be charged. You can always cancel due to unforseen circumstances and not be charged.

You will be sent an email link to confirm before you can book online.
